The cottage has one bedroom and has been designed as an all year round retreat for couples.

The cottage has a real home from home feel with gas central heating and electric flame effect stove. Guests can relax in the spacious lounge & dining area with a large picture window onto the garden. The lounge has a leather sofa & recliner, LCD television, DVD player and radio.

The dining area has a light airy feel with a separate view onto the garden.

The new kitchen has a range of well equipped modern units, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker & gas hob.

The bedroom has a double bed with matching light oak furniture. The bedroom window offers mountain views including Skiddaw. Bed linen is provided.

The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin, shaver point, heated towel rail and is fully tiled.

Please note for the comfort of all our guests the cottage is strictly no pets and strictly no smoking.

To the front of the cottage there is a large private block paved parking area.

The enclosed large cottage garden offers various seating areas for those wishing to enjoy sunshine or shade in the south facing garden. The garden is filled with shrubs and climbing clematis. The various planting throughout the garden offers year round interest.

All fuel and power is included in the rent.

Clematis Cottage has been inspected by Quality Cumbria which is operated by Cumbria Tourism to very specific criteria to ensure quality and safety.
